SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders are shipped directly from our shop in California. Please allow 10 days for your order to ship out as each hat is handmade for each order. Rush orders and expedited shipping are not possible at this time. 

Shipping prices are as follows

  • $3.50 for accessories under $30

  • $12.50 flat-rate fee for orders shipped within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska or Hawaii)

  • $30 flat-rate fee for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii

  • We cannot ship outside of the United States at this time. Thank you for understanding.

The customer is responsible for any additional customs, taxes, etc, that were not included in the shipping costs. Contact your customs office with any questions.

RETURN POLICY

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if the hat has a manufacturer defect, does not fit properly, or you are just not happy with your hat, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges. The hat must be returned within 30 days of its initial purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the product to our shop. All returns can be shipped to California Hats, P.O. Box 321, Fowler, CA 93625.

Items that CANNOT be Returned

  • Custom Orders, such as X Small and XXXX Large (or larger) sizes.

  • Hats purchased from a third party. Please contact the third party directly for return information.

  • Any Clearance or Limited Edition products

Refunds (If Applicable)

When your product is received, our team will inspect the item. We will notify you when the item is received as well as if your refund has been accepted or rejected. Once approved, we will apply a refund to your credit card or the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for this credit to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Please double check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. Processing time varies. Please contact us if you have done all of this and you still have not received a refund.
